What to Bring to Your Class
 
All First Steps Orientations (Rifle, Pistol or Shotgun)
1. The rifle, pistol or shotgun that you wish to train with.
2. 100 rounds of ammunition
3. Ear plugs and/or sound reducing ear muffs 
4. Safety glasses or your regular prescription glasses 
5. Cleaning kit for your firearm.
6. Carrying case or bag for your equipment
 
All Basic Firearms Classes (Rifle, Pistol, Shotgun, Personal Protection in the Home, Personal Protection Out of the Home, Home Firearms Safety.)
1. The rifle, pistol or shotgun that you wish to train with.*
2. 50 rounds of ammunition
3. Ear plugs and/or sound reducing ear muffs 
4. Safety glasses or your regular prescription glasses 
5. Cleaning kit for your firearm.
6. Carrying case or bag for your equipment
* All initial training will be done with .22 cal firearms and ammunition provided by Southeastern Shooting Sports.
 
Range Safety Officer
1. Pen or pencils and a two inch three ring binder with note paper
2. At least two of the following firearms with several rounds of DUMMY ammunition to fit each. Dummy ammunition may be purchased commercially or home made from empty brass colored hot pink or orange with a "magic marker".

All NRA Certified Instructor Classes (Rifle, Pistol, Shotgun, Personal Protection in the Home, Personal Protection Out of the Home, Home Firearms Safety.)
1. Revolver & semi-auto pistol, or bolt action & semi auto rifle or fixed breech & semiauto shotgun.  
( Bring .22 cal. versions of rifles/ pistols if you have them.)
2. Ammunition: Approximately 100 rounds.
3. Cleaning kit with brushes, patches, etc. to fit your firearms + a clean rag.
4. Eye protection
5. Ear protection
6. Range bag or gun box to carry all the above.
7. Plan to bring something for lunch each day or fast food is about 10 minutes away. (soft drinks & snacks are available at the club.)
8. Pen or pencil and a legal tablet or similar for note taking.
9. 3 Inch loose leaf binder for lesson plans and materials.
